"Base camp" trip (offered beginning in Dec. 2013)

Cost: (excluding air to Bariloche, Argentina): $2,950 (Dec. 2013 -April 2014)

Total days U.S. to U.S.: 11 (Thurs. - Sun) 

Days with Earth River: 9 (Fri . - Sat.) 

Season: Dec. - mid April

Meeting place:  Bariloche, Argentina

Accomodations: 7 nights at exclusive Earth River Mapu Leufu Cliff Camp with cliffside dining, hot tub, flush toilets, hot showers, hand-hewn wooden cliff dwellings with beds, cook and masseuse  1 night at lakeside hotel in Bariloche, Argentina 

Activity level: Moderate/active

Suitable ages: 6 - 80

Percent rafting vrs. multi-sport activiites: 50/50 (percentage varies depending upon individual client preference)

Multi-sport activities: Rafting (class 5 option), whitewater inflatable kayaking, beginner whitewater kayaking, horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking/trekking, canyoneering, cliff jumping and fishing

Private departures: Custom groups of 16 or more participants are welcome. 

Note: Depending upon the individual, trip emphasis can be on rafting, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, fly fishing, kayaking or any combination.
